With Suga scheduled to be discharged this Saturday, all seven BTS members will have officially completed their 18-month mandatory military service. This milestone clears the way for their much-anticipated reunion and opens the doors to group activities fans have been eagerly awaiting.

A Hybe official, speaking to The Korea Herald, confirmed, “Yes, BTS to come back in March is the plan.”

Two additional overseas sources also backed this up, stating that the group is actively preparing for a full comeback in the early part of 2026.

BTS to Come Back in March — Likely Mid-Month Release

While the exact date of their return hasn’t been publicly confirmed, insider chatter suggests mid-March as the likely timeline. Interestingly, BTS may be sharing the comeback spotlight with their labelmates Tomorrow X Together (TXT), who are also scheduled for a release around the same time.

“It could be BTS first, then TXT — or the other way around,” a source revealed. Notably, Enhypen, another Hybe group under Belift Lab, moved their originally planned March comeback to January to avoid overlapping with BTS’s grand return.

Hybe’s CEO on Why BTS to Come Back in March Is Ideal Timing

Although March may seem far off, Hybe CEO Lee Jae-sang has previously emphasized that the group needs time to recover, reflect, and reignite their creative spark post-service.

“We’re preparing alongside world-class producers, but the artists also need personal and artistic space to reset,” Lee said at a recent shareholder meeting.

This measured approach ensures that the group’s comeback is not only exciting but also artistically powerful.

Jin’s Solo Tour Sets the Stage for Group Return

In the meantime, Jin is set to launch his solo fan concert tour “Runseokjin _ EP.Tour” from June 28–29 in Goyang, South Korea. His tour will span nine cities including Osaka, Chiba, London, Amsterdam, and several U.S. stops like Anaheim, Dallas, Tampa, and Newark, running until August 10.

With such a packed schedule, a group comeback before the end of 2025 seems unlikely. However, industry insiders suggest that a pre-release single or special project may drop ahead of the full comeback to keep the hype building.
